MCA leader suggests federal law to stop local councils from morally policing non-Muslims
KUALA LUMPUR: An MCA leader has urged Local Government Development Minister Nga Kor Ming to put an end to the use of state by-laws that infringed on the rights of the non-Muslims and contravened the federal laws.
