Coca-Cola Products Are Finally Popping Up in Costco Food Courts—And It Could Bring Another Major Change
Sprite, Diet Coke and Minute Maid fanatics are having the best month ever now that Coca-Cola products are officially being spotted at Costco food courts across the country. The monumental announcement was made earlier this year, with the warehouse revealing that the change will be implemented in July and will continue to rollout until the transition is completed this fall.
And even if you aren't a fan of Coca-Cola products, the soda switch potentially comes with a huge benefit to those who frequent the soda machines at the Costco food court.
According to those on Reddit, once the new Coca-Cola beverages are installed they'll come with new soda lines. For those unfamiliar, soda lines are the tubes and hoses that deliver your favorite beverage—via syrups and carbonated water—to your cup. And unfortunately, they're notoriously known for becoming fairly dirty if they're not properly maintained.
"It’s just nice to know all the soda lines were replaced," one person on Reddit wrote in response to the news.
"100% this. Our soda and ice machines have tasted like mildew for ages. I hope we'll get a little bit of mildew free drink time," someone else chimed in.

There was even one Redditor who saw firsthand the old soda lines in the Costco food court being replaced.
"Was there this morning, they removed the lines out of the wall and snaked in new ones. They were all bundled together in a big red tube. The entire system, including the tables the machines were on, the racks the syrup was kept on, ice machines, everything was replaced," they wrote.
