During a recent visit to the construction site, Young Mizo Association (YMA) leaders, headed by Vice-President Prof. Lalnuntluanga, expressed their frustration at the sluggish progress of the Short Term Maintenance Contract on the Vairengte-Sairang stretch of the Aizawl-Silchar highway.
