The College of Charleston was picked to finish ninth in the Colonial Athletic Association preseason men’s basketball poll. Hofstra, which returns four starters from last year’s 20-win squad, was picked to win the CAA in the poll, which was voted on by the league’s coaches, media relations directors and media members.
