Metro celebrates 4th of July with firework shows
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - If you are looking for the perfect spot to celebrate and enjoy a fireworks show in and outside the metro take a look at locations that are sure to draw crowds from around the state.

The City of Oklahoma City is featuring the red, white and blue planning your celebrations.
- Riversport is throwing the Stars & Stripes River Festival, a Fourth of July themed festival, on June 28, 2025. Enjoy racing, food and live music throughout the day and end the night watching rowing and dragon boat championships.
- Kick off your 4th July at Okana Indoor Waterpark & Resort for their Star-Spangled Bash on July 4. There will be performers, classic games, a live DJ, great food and a spectacular fireworks finale.
- Watch the U.S. Navy Blue Angels take flight during the Tinker Air Show at Tinker Air Force Base, June 28-29! There will be dozens of military and civilian aerial performers in addition to a wide variety of ground display aircraft.
- Hear your favorite patriotic tunes at the Oklahoma City Philharmonic's free outdoor concert, Red, White & Boom at Scissortail Park on July 3. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and the whole family to enjoy a lovely evening outside with beautiful, inspiring music, followed by fireworks!
- Catch the Oklahoma City Comets take on the Las Vegas Aviators Friday, July 4 and stay for their postgame firework show.
- Spend July 4th weekend at Frontier City for Star-Spangled Nights! Enjoy the thrilling rides during the day and end the night with a firework show, July 4-5.

The City of Norman is inviting everyone to Reaves Park for NFourth Fest! Attendees can expect festivities to begin at 4:00 p.m. Attendees can expect live music, food trucks, yard games and contests.
You can listen to the show's music and watch the fireworks near the park on KGOU 106.3 FM.
The fireworks will begin at 9:45 pm.
