Three arrested in human trafficking investigation
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - According to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, three people have been arrested in connection to a human trafficking investigation.
Officials say OBN's Human Trafficking Unit found evidence of a female victim on commercial sex websites.
“OBN Human Trafficking Agents worked in an undercover capacity to locate and rescue the victim. After conducting interviews and furthering the investigation, OBN Agents were able to identify those individuals responsible for trafficking this victim.” said OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward.
On July 2, 2025, OBN agents and the Oklahoma City Police Department located and arrested three suspect believed to be involved. They have been identified as Anderson Walker, Brandi McDaniels and Leslie Brown.
All three have been processed into the Oklahoma County Jail on state charges of Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking, Acquiring Proceeds from Illegal Activities, Maintaining a House of Prostitution and Use of Computer to Violate State Statute.
“We are grateful this victim had the courage to speak out, and we want other victims to know they don’t have to be afraid to come forward. Victims can remain anonymous, and help is available.” said OBN Director Donnie Anderson.
Human trafficking information and assistance can be found on OBN's "YOU ARE NOT ALONE" web page.
