Erath High School evacuated due to bomb threat, classes dismissed

VERMILION PARISH, La. (KLFY) - Erath High School was evacuated September 14 due to a bomb threat.

Police have reported that the threat was a false alarm.

All of the students were dismissed but the school has been cleared.

This is the first bomb threat of the 2022-2023 school year, said police.
