Good news on the TUI front my refund just appeared in my account on Monday. It was cancelled the friday before lockdown started so has taken a good while but at least was made. They have absolutely shown themselves up as a shower of shite though as absolutely no communication at all post non payment of when they said it would be paid in 7 days, no apology nothing. P&O have consistently written to us explaining difficulties and stating it will be six weeks and had another one off them on Tuesday apologising for delay. So they may take exactly the same time to pay the refund but P&O are streets ahead in communication.
So if waiting for TUI it should come but don'r expect any communication, P&O dunno if will come but at least they are telling me its on its way and saying sorry !
