Oslo (dpa) - Trond Giske, the deputy head of Norway‘s Labour Party has been suspended indefinitely over sexual harassment allegations, the party leadership announced late Monday.Labour leader Jonas Gahr Store said he and Giske had jointly decided on the temporary suspension.Several women have accused Giske of "unwanted sexual attention." Details have not been disclosed. One young woman has reportedly withdrawn from politics in connection with the allegations.The party leadership is due to meet on Tuesday to discuss the situation surrounding Giske.At an earlier meeting in December, the deputy party leader said he had behaved in a manner stressful to others and apologised for his behaviour which he said he had not been fully aware of.
