Man with stab wounds flown to hospital from Siksika First Nation
A 30-year-old male from the Siksika First Nation was airlifted to a hospital after suffering “a number of penetrating traumas.”
STARS air ambulance was dispatched at 4:10 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. STARS medics met with EMS at the Siksika Fire Hall, about 90 kilometres east of Calgary, and transported a man to Foothills Medical Centre, according to STARS spokesperson Chad Saxon.
The patient’s condition was unknown as of late Saturday evening.
