BETHLEHEM, Pa. — The Owens Community College women’s basketball team fell short in its bid to claim the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III championship Saturday, losing 73-63 to Hostos (N.Y.) Community College in the final at the Arthur L. Scott Center.
