Luka Chuppi Box Office Update: Kriti Sanon-Kartik Aaryan Film Stands at Rs 79.11 cr After 16 Days

Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon‘s biggest solo grosser, Luka Chuppi, has garnered a total of Rs 79.11 crore at the Box Office. The film has been performing well and is still continuing to impress the audience. Its third Saturday’s collection is Rs 2.25 crore. Both the actors are basking in the success of the film and are grateful to the audience for giving so much love to their characters. The same love is visible in the collections as well.

Sharing the latest figures on Twitter, trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote that Luka Chuppi has gathered a ‘brisk momentum’ from what it has been earing in the weekdays. He wrote, #LukaChuppi gathers momentum on [third] Sat… Should witness brisk biz on [third] Sun, which is a norm these days… ₹ 85 cr+ *lifetime biz* seems a possibility… [Week 3] Fri 1.62 cr, Sat 2.25 cr. Luka Chuppi has got another week of a free run at the Box Office. Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film, Kesari, is hitting the theatres on March 22, in the coming week and it’s expected to set the screens on fire. Therefore, Luka Chuppi, directed by Laxman Utekar, is expected to rake in a moolah of around Rs 85 crore at the Box Office in its lifetime run.

Earlier, talking about the success of the film, Kriti thanked the viewers and said that it feels good when her small town characters resonate with the audience. She added that nothing makes her feel happier than realising that she has been able to connect with the audience by playing relatable characters.

In his interview with Bollywoodlife, Kartik talked about impressing the audience with his chemistry with Kriti on-screen. He said “We both connected really well while filming for Luka Chuppi. And not only her, if you see the film, be it Aparshakti or Pankaj ji or any actor, we all were like a big happy family on the set. We all had a great time while shooting and that is reflecting on the big screen as well, the happy vibe. It worked in favour of the film.”
