Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Sunday announced Balbir Singh Jakhar as its candidate for West Delhi parliamentary constituency in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections."We got many names for West Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. Jakhar was active advocacy politics and associated with the party from the Lokpal agitation. He was working as President of Dwarka Court Bar Association," AAP leader Gopal Rai said at a press conference here.Speaking on the alliance with Congress, Rai said the grand old party is "not negotiating.""I feel that they (Congress) are not serious.
