Sie erfüllte damit einen Wunsch Dragneas. Dieser will damit erreichen, dass das Verfassungsgericht eine Neubesetzung der Gerichtskammer verfügt, die im Verfahren gegen Dragnea urteilen soll.Dragnea wurde im Juni dieses Jahres in erster Instanz wegen Anstiftung zum Amtsmissbrauch zu dreieinhalb Jahren Haft verurteilt.
