The Supreme Court has dismissed the CBI's plea challenging the Bombay High Court's interim bail order for former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar and her businessman-husband Deepak Kochhar in a loan fraud case. The court disposed of the plea after the high court confirmed its January 2023 interim order granting bail to the couple. The couple was arrested by the CBI on December 23, 2022, in the Videocon-ICICI Bank loan case.
