Love Island’s Jess Shears shows off flat stomach as she lifts weights days after giving birth
LOVE Island’s Jess Shears hit the gym today and showed off her incredibly flat stomach – hours after revealing she’d given birth to their first child with husband Dom Lever.
The 26-year-old reality star, who shared a snap of the tot’s tiny feet last night, proved she was getting back into her gruelling fitness regime.
Dom posted a picture of Jess hitting the weights area lifting two 7kg dumbells in a pair of leggings writing: “We back.”
Jess also showed off her flat tummy in a brief video where the tiny tot wriggled on her lap, with only their legs and body visible.
The couple have yet to reveal the baby’s name or gender.
Yesterday, Dom, 28, put a photo on Instagram of himself leaving hospital carrying their baby through the car park in a sturdy seat.
He wrote: “Baby we did it.”
The star also paid a touching tribute to his wife Jess, sharing a picture of her while pregnant.
He wrote: “So much respect and love for everything you’ve done” ending the message with a love-heart.
Love Island stars including Amber Davies and Camilla Thurlow were quick to offer their congratulations.
Amber, 22, posted simply: “Congratulations .”
Other messages came in from Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison and Towie’s Lauren Pope and Ferne McCann.
Ferne, 29, used a blue love heart – suggesting the child is a boy – writing: “Congrats darling .”
Last month, Dom and Jess said they would be parents “any day now” after it was revealed their baby is past its due date.

The couple told how Jess was pregnant with their first child together in May after meeting on series three of Love Island.
However, they’re not the first Love Island couple to have a baby, with Cally-Jane Beech and Luis Morrison taking that honour in 2017.
Jess and Dom got engaged after three months of dating before marrying first in a bizarre ceremony overseen by Richard Arnold on Good Morning Britain.
They later remarried for a second time in a romantic ceremony on the Greek Island of Mykonos in October last year.
