Bianca Gascoigne shows off stunning figure in gold thong bikini as she celebrates her 33rd birthday in Marbella
BIANCA Gascoigne was the definition of the golden birthday girl as she flashed her stunning body in a metallic thonged bikini.
The glamour model chose a very revealing two-piece, with a plunging neckline flashing her cleavage and skimpy bottoms, to wear during a weekend of celebrations for her 33rd birthday, with the milestone actually falling tomorrow.
Eager for a sun-soaked climate, she was seen jetting to Spain and combining work with pleasure as she modelled the garment.
She strutted down a white stone path with her rear on show, before turning around and holding a pose with her arms over her head.
Bianca’s long blonde hair fell over her shoulders in loose waves perfecting her sultry beach babe look as she worked up a storm in front of the photographers.
Paul Gascoigne’s daughter finished off by posing with her hands on her tanned thighs as she rounded off the special shoot.
Bianca may well have deliberately plumped for a revealing bikini after recently undergoing a Brazilian bum lift.
She spoke exclusively to The Sun Online about the procedure, which she said was a direct consequence of her body dysmorphia.
Appearing on Fabulous magazine’s new podcast Things I Told My Daughter this week with Lisa Snowdon, the 32-year-old explained she hasn’t been able to sit down or put her shoes on for four weeks following the surgery.
Bianca confirmed: “It’s a Brazilian Butt Lift where they take the fat from your tummy and back and they put it in your bum.
“It’s something I thought about for years and years and, like I said, I have this body dysmorphia.
“I have tried to get my bum how I wanted but I never really got there so I saw this as an option. But it really was a scary thing.
“I had lots of chats with the doctors and he spoke to my mum but I had to go to Marbella for it four weeks ago.
“He’s been doing it for 25 years and I trust him.”

Bianca went on to explain that she’s done with surgery “for now” after having also had a boob job and “a bit of botox”.
