Arkansas park owner drops Dogpatch project after foreclosure
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Bud Pelsor is leaving Dogpatch.
He's moving to his home state of Indiana, where he plans to manage a "16-year-old guitar prodigy" from Oklahoma.
