[Women's Basketball] Saints Take Down Trolls on Road

Palos Heights, Ill.  The Holy Cross College women's basketball team returned to CCAC player today on the road against Trinity Christian College. The Saints would jump out to an 11-2 to start the game, TCC was able to battle back, but Holy Cross would take a 37-25 lead into halftime. Some fourth quarter turnovers allowed the Trolls to cut the lead to two late. The Saints were able to go make four consecutive free throws late to come out on top 73-69. With the win, Holy Cross improves to 5-9 overall and 4-3 in conference play, while TCC falls to 3-11 and 1-7.
