A 33-year-old mentally challenged man climbed over around 50ft tall mobile tower in drunk state in Singanpore area of the city on Sunday morning. He was later rescued by a team of Surat fire and emergency services (SFES) using a hydraulic platform. The man was rescued and handed over to police.
