Two women at the cafe where I work are bullying me but my boss told me to man up
DEAR DEIDRE: TWO women at work are bullying me. I am not able to stand up for myself and no one is supporting me.
I am a guy of 20. I started working in a local café two years ago. I used to enjoy it but now I hate it.
When I spoke to my boss and his partner about the bullying they told me to man up.
I kept a diary of incidents and when I told them I had rights as an employee they threw it in my face and said I could leave if I chose. I feel life is not worth living any more.

DEIDRE SAYS: If the bullying makes your workplace so intolerable you have to leave, that could amount to constructive dismissal and you could seek compensation from your employer at an employment tribunal.
