The Panchkula District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum has directed Kotak Life Insurance Limited to refund an amount of Rs 3 lakh along with Rs 5,000 as a cost of litigation to a Chandigarh-based senior citizen, who had deposited the money as insurance.
