While the overall IT sector is expected to grow at 12-13% this fiscal, it is the engineering R&D segment that looks more upbeat among others in the IT sector, said apex IT body National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) chairman BVR Mohan Reddy in Hyderabad.
