Peter Cetera, in all his glory
Peter Cetera has no regrets. He walked away from the band Chicago right after it released its biggest album, 1985’s six-times platinum “17,” and kept on knocking out the soft-rock hits like the Academy Award-nominated “The Glory of Love” and “The Next Time I Fall,” a duet with Amy Grant. Three decades later, his honey-dipped voice still best serves lovelorn classics such as “If You Leave Me Now” and “Hard to Say I’m Sorry.”
