Bombay HC no to interim order on survey
The Nagpur bench of the Bombay high court on Wednesday refused to pass an interim order over the public interest litigation (PIL) challenging the state education department's one-day general survey on July 4 which was conducted to identify out-of-school children and bring them into mainstream education.
