Himachal government delegates financial powers to officers

In a major initiative, the state government has delegated the financial powers to the controlling officers, district, circle level officers, head of the offices and any other officers to whom the budgetary provisions or allocations are made by the administrative heads to incur expenditure within the budget allocations made to them under various standard object of expenditure (SOE).
