A roadside landmine explosion has claimed three lives and wounded 10 others in northern Kundoz province. Sayed Sarwar Hussaini, spokesman for the provincial police headquarters said that the explosion took place in Goti Gard area of the city this morning. He added that the IED exploded as a police vehicle was passing through the area.
