Diner wades into BLM protest in restaurant WITHOUT A MASK to argue
Video is the scene in the (outdoor)restaurant where a diner wades into the crowd of masked protesters without bothering to put a mask on himself. He gets called "Covid Breath" for this
On the last day of June, a "Fuck the Police" march set out from Columbus Circle in front of Union Station. The march stormed an expensive restaurant en route to Black Lives Matter Plaza. From there they successfully marched to Mayor Bowser's house, despite being outnumbered 5-1 by cops at one point.
While marchers were at the restaurant's outdoor seating, one of the patrons walked into the crowd of protesters (themselves masked against COVID-19) without putting on a mask himself. As protesters left, he followed them a short way down the street, still unmasked
