In the third instalment of this series, Ulster Rugby has produced a ‘Return to Rugby’ best practice video to help support coaches and players at clubs and schools operate within the IRFU’s COVID-19 safety guidelines.
The following video includes a discussion with Rugby Development Officer, Neill Alcorn and Gavin Hogg, Rugby Development Manager on how to use small-sided games within training sessions.
