The biggest donor so far to the biggest super PAC in the 2016 race – the $103 million juggernaut backing Republican Jeb Bush – is a Cuban-American Miami billionaire, Miguel "Mike" Fernandez, who made his fortune buying and selling health-care companies. He gave $3 million to the Right to Rise super PAC.
