Petitioner in Yadav Singh case files caveat in SC
Social activist Nutan Thakur filed a caveat in the Supreme Court on Wednesday after it was confirmed that UP government was going to file a special leave petition (SLP) challenging the Allahabad high court order for a CBI enquiry into corruption charges against Noida Authority's former chief engineer Yadav Singh. Thakur is the petitioner in the case and her caveat means that the SC will have to hear her side first before it passes a final judgment on UP government’s SLP.
