El Paso shuts down because Trump has solved the Covid Pandemic. El Paso hospitals are overwhelmed and flying patients to other medical centers. The Covid Pandemic, which was solved by Trump, has obviously not gotten the "solved" memo from the Trump Administration, and will now be disciplined for being a Liberal Hoax by Trump cultists
