It is high time the leaders of Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine started dealing with their domestic problems, Nikolai Shchekin, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Head of the Sociology of Public Administration Department at the Sociology Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, told BelTA.
