Belgians struggle to contain Covid as Mouscron postpone again put team into quarantine
October 30 – Mouscron vs STVV has been postponed in the Belgian Pro league after the Walloon club registered 21 coronavirus cases among its players.
Last week, Belgium returned to matches behind closed doors to curb the spread of the coronavirus, but as numbers spike further in Belgium Mouscron has struggled to contain the virus.
The club has quarantined the entire squad and technical staff until Monday. Last week, 13 players tested positive leading to the postponement of Mouscron’s away match at Cercle Brugge.
