Minneapolis Police Chief Says Officer Chauvin's Actions Not Part of Department's Policy

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) chief Medaria Arradondo has testified in court that former officer Derek Chauvin’s actions in apprehending George Floyd prior to the latter's killing were not mandated by department policies.
