[Baseball] SXU drops non-conference game to Aquinas, 20-2

CHICAGO – The Saint Xavier University baseball team (15-14, 4-4 CCAC) lost to Aquinas College (Mich.), 20-2, Monday afternoon in non-conference action at Richard R. Ferrell Field in Chicago. The Cougars struggled defensively, committing six errors, as 10 of the 20 runs allowed were unearned. Freshman pitcher Omar Abuelhija (Burbank, Ill./Reavis) made his first collegiate start and took the loss (0-1). He pitched 1.0 inning, allowing four hits, six runs (two earned), two walks and struck out one batter.
