ADELE Roberts has admitted she’s been ‘ravaged’ by chemotherapy treatment that left her skin burned.
The broadcaster revealed she had been diagnosed with cancer in an Instagram post last year, a month after discovering the disease.
Adele, 42, went under the knife last October to have part of her bowel removed, and to start her chemotherapy treatment.
The former I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here campmate, told fans that the chemotherapy had made it look like her skin had been ‘burned’.
She bravely posted images of her skin on Instagram, admitting that she had always struggled with feeling embarrassed about having acne.
She wrote: “I’ve always been embarrassed about my skin.”

She added: “I’ve struggled with it for most of my life.
“I’ll never forget when it first started to breakout and a lady asking me if I’d been in an accident. I was mortified…
“I think I’ve carried that shame with me for too long.
“Everything I’m going through at the moment has taught me it’s good to share. I’m not the only one.

Meanwhile Adele’s fans were left devastated after her girlfriend shared a video from hospital as she continues to fight bowel cancer last month.
The broadcaster and DJ’s partner Kate Holderness took to TikTok with a series of clips documenting her chemotherapy journey.

Kate, 37, posted a video documenting the radio star’s painful experience, showing her sobbing in the hospital.
Other clips showed Adele struggling to walk up the stairs after her chemotherapy, wearing a hospital robe and socks.
