Kia second to Tesla in U.S. electric car sales in 2022
LOS ANGELES, California: Kia has become the second largest manufacturer of electric vehicles sold in the United States, second only to Tesla.
The race for second place was largely being waged by Kia, Ford, and a small group of automakers seeking to become leaders in the U.S. electric vehicle market.
Kia's success is based upon Q1 2022 sales, and could change, depending on the remainder of the year's sales
