RATS, based in Tashkent, is a permanent body for countering terrorism, extremism and separatism in the Eurasian region. In the ongoing meeting, India aims to take forward the agenda of countering the threats highlighted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address to SCO and the Collective Security Treaty Organisation’s outreach summit on Afghanistan in September 2020.
