Dappy, real name Costadinos Contostavlos, is a 34-year-old singer, rapper and songwriter.
He shot to fame alongside his cousin Tulisa Contostavlos and Richard ‘Fazer’ Rawson in North west London based group, N-Dubz – and together they received wide critical acclaim and earned eight Top 40 hits in the singles charts.
Dappy was the brainchild behind a lot of their songs, and was the main writer in the band – with their album Uncle B reaching platinum status in the UK.
The group started in 2000, but went on a ‘hiatus’ to focus on their solo careers in 2011, before reuniting in May 2022.
