Police officer who shot Chantel Moore testifies at inquest

The officer who shot Chantel Moore on June 4, 2020, testified Tuesday at the inquest into her death that he, like her family, is at a loss to understand how the situation outside her Edmundston, N.B., apartment escalated so quickly.
