UFC ace Conor McGregor compares his garden to Phoenix Park as he shares pictures cycling with his children in both
INJURED MMA star Conor McGregor has taken to social media to share photos of him and his children cycling in Phoenix Park.
The former two-weight division UFC world champion is currently side lined after sustaining a horrid leg break during his Trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264.
33-year-old is edging closer to full fitness but a return looks unlikely until at least December or the first-quarter of 2023.
Ireland’s first and only ever UFC champion has now taking to a spot of cycling as he shared pictures on a bike along with two of his children.
‘Notorious’ shared the pair of photos. one that were taken at Dublin’s famous Phoenix Park, and the other at his residence in Kildare – the park is the largest enclosed park within any European capital city, and is five times bigger than London’s Hyde Park.
He captioned the cheeky post on his Instagram account by saying: ”One is the Phoenix Park. One is my garden.”

UFC president Dana White revealed to SunSport earlier this year that he expected the promotion’s poster boy to be back in action in the autumn.
But the MMA mogul is now anticipating the pride of Dublin to return in December at the earliest.
When recently asked where McGregor’s next fight will take place, White told Jim Rome: “It’ll be in the cage.
“Conor is looking to come back at the end of this year, early next year.”
He added: “When I do talk to Conor, Conor wants to fight.
“Conor gets all kinds of offers for movie roles and all these other things that he can go and do and make money.
“He doesn’t want to do any of that. Conor wants to fight.”
Elsewhere, McGregor’s compatriot Ian Garry kept his immaculate pro record intact after seeing off Gabe Green in Las Vegas at UFC 276.
The Dubliner scored a unanimous decision victory with all three judges scoring the fight in his favour (30-27, 30-27,30-27) at the T-Mobile Arena.
In the backstage post-fight interview at T-Mobile Arena Garry revealed his goal is to bring the UFC back to Ireland.
Garry says he will do whatever the UFC request but says he still wants to share a fight card with the UFC PPV King Conor McGregor when the former double champ returns from injury.
Ian added: ”It’s the one thing I would like to do next. It doesn’t have to be the next fight but that’s what I want. My goal now is to bring the UFC back home.
”Listen, I’ll be ready for whenever Conor is back too, if it’s late this year or early next year – I’ll be ready for that.”
