“Our unit is armed. In line with the president's instruction, each of our employees was given a handgun and a rifle. We amended the training program for our employees. Accordingly, the decrees adopted by the president in 2019-2020 legalized the use of weapons, physical force and special means,” Yuri Tertel said.
