CIDCO has undertaken the Mass Housing Scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) based on the ‘Transit Oriented Development’ (TOD). Under the scheme, the constructions of tenements for economically weaker sections (EWS) and low-income group (LIG) categories, is currently ongoing in various nodes of Navi Mumbai.
