Dhirender Singh, the BJP MLA from Jewar, had to undergo a surgery for a broken elbow after he fell off his bicycle on a potholed road on Saturday evening. An associate of the 55-year-old MLA said he had gone for his usual cycle ride around 7.30pm when it started to drizzle.
