I’m a savvy mum & made my kid’s beds out of £29 shelving units from Ikea – people can’t believe how good they look

From outgrowing their clothes to getting too bed for their beds, the financial costs really can seem endless.
But one savvy mum named Claire, who is from the UK and posts under the acronym @Claire’s_crazy_little_life, took to TikTok and revealed how she made her children’s beds herself…out of £29 Kallax shelving units from Ikea.
In the short clip, she explains: “So I decided to make my daughters’ beds out of Ikea furniture so this is how it went.”
I built 4 1x4cm and 2 1 x2cm Kallax units and made them into a bed base and this is what they look like…”
Then on the ends they’ve got their books and in the boxes they’ve got their clothes.”
