Senate stands adjourned

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #985 John Z. Lee, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, post-cloture.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Lee nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Mathis nomination (6th Circuit Judge).
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
- Executive Calendar #985 John Z. Lee, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit.
- Executive Calendar #736 Andre B. Mathis, of Tennessee, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.
- Executive Calendar #1043 Arianna J. Freeman, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.
- Executive Calendar #986 Salvador Mendoza, Jr., of Washington, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
