Britain's new Prime Minister Liz Truss has elected the first cabinet free of any white men to one of Britain's four most important ministerial posts. Liz Truss appointed Kwasi Kwarten, of Ghanaian parents, as Britain's first black Treasury Secretary and James Cleverley as the first black Foreign Secretary.
