Doctors get disaster training
NEW YORK (PIX11) -- For the first time, the Nassau County Fire Service Academy and the Nassau County Emergency Medical Services Academy have partnered with the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and Northwell Health's Emergency Medical Institute to train future doctors to help and treat victims of catastrophic events.
