Pinellas County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Hartwick was allegedly struck and killed by a worker operating a front-end loader in a construction zone on a Florida interstate. The suspect fled the scene and was later found after a nine-hour manhunt. WFLA's Jeff Patterson reports.
